Pricing questions
What does "locked for life" mean?
If you're one of the first 20 paying members, you keep the founding price for as long as your subscription stays active, even after standard prices apply. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If StratOS doesn't work for you, contact support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, from your Whop account. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
Is the AI unlimited?
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. For unlimited use, add your own Anthropic API key. Either way, the AI never invents numbers: every figure comes from the backtest engine.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Will a strategy that passes your tests make money?
Not necessarily. Validation lowers the odds of trading a curve-fitted strategy, but markets change and past results don't guarantee future returns. Forward-test on a demo account first.
